Christine Schaeffer was born and raised in Brookhaven, where her mother, Eileen Green, founded Eileen A. Green Realty in 1988. What began as a women-owned, family business has grown into the leading independent brokerage in Bellport Village, built on trust, local knowledge, and a deep belief in community.

Chris joined the firm in 2001 and has carried that legacy forward as broker and owner. Over the years, she has guided countless buyers and sellers across Bellport, Brookhaven, East Patchogue, and the surrounding towns, always with the same welcoming, personal touch that defined her mother’s vision.
