AI & Image Transparency

At Eileen Green Realty, we believe good real estate marketing should do two things at once: show you what is real and help you imagine what is possible.

As the tools available to tell those stories evolve, our commitment to representing homes, places, and our community with care does not.

Our approach to imagery

Images presented as depictions of a property are authentic photographs of that property, unless clearly identified otherwise.

We may occasionally use artificial intelligence and other digital tools to create or enhance illustrative imagery elsewhere on our website and in our marketing. This may include images intended to evoke the landscape, architecture, gardens, interiors, seasons, and everyday character of Bellport Village and the surrounding South Shore.

These images are not intended to document a particular property or represent its exact features. They are used to help communicate an idea, atmosphere, or sense of place—to give the mind's eye a way into the story.

When AI is used with property imagery

Accuracy matters most when you are considering a home.

We do not use AI-generated imagery to invent or materially misrepresent the actual condition or features of a property without disclosure.

If AI or digital visualization is used to materially alter, stage, enhance, or reimagine a property image in a way that could affect how the property itself is understood, we will identify that image appropriately.

Property details, dimensions, amenities, condition, views, boundaries, and other material information should always be evaluated from the actual property, listing information, and appropriate professional sources—not from illustrative imagery.

A tool, not a substitute

We see AI as one creative tool among many.

As our new website and brand continue to evolve, we remain committed to investing in original photography, thoughtful design, and the work of artists and creative collaborators. We have already begun collaborating with local artists to bring a distinctly local point of view to the way we represent our community, and we intend to continue doing so.

AI does not replace those voices, nor does it replace our own knowledge of the places and properties we represent.

When we use it, we use it deliberately: to extend an idea, explore an atmosphere, or help someone imagine a space or a way of living—not to blur the line between what exists and what does not.

How we identify illustrative imagery

We want you to know what you’re looking at. When an image has been created or materially changed to help illustrate an idea, atmosphere, or possibility, we use simple labels to make that clear.

Illustrative image
An image created to evoke a place, lifestyle, season, setting, or idea. It is not intended to document a specific property or its exact features.

Digitally enhanced image
A real photograph that has been materially altered beyond ordinary photographic adjustments.

Virtual visualization
An image of a real property or space that has been digitally staged, furnished, renovated, or reimagined to help show what may be possible.

These labels are intended to keep the distinction between what exists and what is being imagined clear. Technology and the tools we use will continue to evolve. Our approach is simple: use them thoughtfully, identify illustrative representations when appropriate, and never allow creative enhancement to misrepresent a property.

Our commitment to you

Trust has always been at the heart of how we work. That extends to how we present the homes, places, and communities we represent.

We believe you should be able to enjoy the imagination and possibility that great visual storytelling can create, while always understanding what is real, what is illustrative, and what has been enhanced.

If you ever have a question about an image you see on our website or in our marketing, just ask us. We’ll always be happy to tell you more.
